Dr. Kirk Simmonds

Dr. Njoku serves with the Nuvia team in Fort Worth, Texas. She grew up in Atlanta, GA where she came to love the diverse cultures of others as well as her family’s Nigerian culture and roots. She has always been driven by a desire to help others and give back. It was this passion for helping people that changed her career path from one in political science to one that would lead to her becoming a dental implant doctor.

After seeing such a need for dental services on a mission trip to Atlanta, GA, Dr. Njoku attended dental school at the University of Maryland. There, she trained in restorative dentistry and gained experience to become a dental implant doctor in Fort Worth, where she moved soon after finishing school and has been practicing ever since.

Dr. Njoku loves Nuvia’s innovative approach to helping patients transform their smiles. She loves all the benefits that come from full mouth dental implants and especially that patients can get their permanent teeth in 24 hours. Having worked with patients in the past who relied on dentures, she confidently shares her love of dental implants and what they can offer those who are missing teeth.

When outside of the clinic, Dr. Njoku can be found playing tennis, doing crafts, or occasionally running. As an avid traveler and foodie, Dr. Njoku loves exploring the world and different types of cuisine and cultures. Her passion for food extends to a love of cooking and connecting with others through the food she makes.

Dr. Eric Wayne Spencer, a distinguished Reconstructive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Currently operating at Nuvia's Centers in Philadelphia and Baltimore, Dr. Spencer is renowned for his expertise in facial reconstructive surgeries. He specializes in advanced reconstructive treatments aimed at restoring jaw form, function, and health. His dedication to surgical excellence is bolstered by his utilization of cutting-edge 3D imaging and modeling technologies, ensuring precise and predictable outcomes. His surgical portfolio includes facial trauma reconstruction, cosmetic facial surgeries, and comprehensive dental implantology.

Dr. Spencer's dedication extends beyond his clinical practice to encompass medical education and innovation. He is an active contributor to the medical field with numerous scientific publications and frequently presents at national and regional surgical conferences. Dr. Spencer is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of surgeons, teaching at a Level 1 Trauma Center and serving on interview committees and as faculty at the University of Delaware. His commitment to service shines through his volunteer efforts, including his transformative work as a craniofacial deformity and trauma surgeon in Honduras, and his involvement in philanthropic activities in New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina and across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Dr. Spencer's patient care philosophy is profoundly shaped by his belief in the transformative power of a smile and a comprehensive approach to health. He leads an active lifestyle outside the clinic, engaging in hiking, biking, swimming, and running, along with training for triathlons. A lover of the arts, he often attends concerts, enjoys dining out, and watches movies with close friends and family. Dr. Spencer also practices martial arts alongside yoga and meditation, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating as part of his daily regimen. These diverse interests and practices enrich his approach as a clinician, where he strives to enhance the overall quality of life and well-being for his patients.

Meet Dr. Belok, a dedicated restorative dentist and dental implant doctor at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Chevy Chase. After spending a decade in Manhattan, Dr. Belok recently returned to Maryland, bringing his unique blend of experience and compassion to our patients. Though he initially considered a career as an ER doctor—spurred by his time as a paramedic—it was his father's nearly 50-year career in dentistry that eventually guided him to his calling as a restorative dentist and now dental implant doctor. He holds a degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and completed his dental education at the University of New York College of Dentistry, followed by a residency at Lincoln Hospital.

Personal Life

When not restoring smiles, Dr. Belok is a devoted husband and father to a boy, a girl, and a furry canine companion. A lifelong tennis enthusiast, he also enjoys cycling and has a knack for hands-on activities, whether it's playing with Legos or building computers. Fluent in English and Hebrew, with conversational Spanish skills, Dr. Belok is excited to be part of your journey to a healthier, happier smile.

Nuvia is proud to have Dr. Moradi as a restorative dentist at the Detroit location. Dr. Moradi pursued her childhood dream and received her Doctorate of Dental Science degree from Hamedan University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2002. She fell in love with Endodontics when she started her clinical rotation in dental school. She completed a three-year residency in Endodontics at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences where she received her Master of Science degree in Oral Science.

She then opened her own endodontics office, where she completed more than twenty-one thousand root canal treatments in ten years. After she moved to the United States in 2015, she pursued advanced training in Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University and earned a  Certificate in Prosthodontics to broaden her knowledge. She now combines her knowledge in endodontics and prosthodontics to provide her patients with comprehensive dental treatment as a dental implant doctor in Detroit, MI. Her fields of interest are implants, aesthetic dentistry, and digital workflow.

Personal Life

When she is not working as a dental implant doctor, she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking with them. Exercising and skiing are some of her favorite hobbies.

Dr. Chow attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she majored in Biomedical Engineering with advanced specialization in medical device design and imaging. After volunteering and working with children born with dental abnormalities (Cleft Lip/Palate and Ectodermal Dysplasia), she decided to further her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas.

Her desire to treat complex cases and provide high-quality restorative care led her to specialize in Prosthodontics at The Ohio State University. There, she completed the Advanced Prosthodontics residency, where she served as Chief Resident. Her training focused on full mouth rehabilitations, dental implant restorations, CAD/CAM dentistry, and digital implant planning. While in residency, she completed a Master of Science in researching dental implant connection geometries and their effect on implant prosthetics. Dr. Chow is an active member in the American College of Prosthodontics.

Meet Dr. Goodman, the charismatic dental implant surgeon at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Las Vegas. Residing in Henderson, Nevada, Dr. Goodman has led a life as vibrant as the places he's lived—from Salt Lake City to the Bahamas. Though his father was a dentist, Dr. Goodman charted his own course. He initially pursued pre-med at the University of Utah before recognizing that dentistry was his true calling. He earned his dental degree from Southern Illinois University and completed his residency in Missouri. While he began his career in general dentistry, he ultimately specialized in prosthodontics.

Personal Life

Dr Goodman has 4 kids and 2 grandchildren. He enjoys running in the mountains on the outskirts of Las Vegas and spending time outside. When he isn’t at the office or pursuing his hobbies, Dr Goodman is spending time with his grandchildren or finding a local hole-in-the-wall restaurant.
